We advise on your company's most important moves.
Financial and operational restructuring, business expansion, internationalization, and artificial intelligence and Agentic AI implementation — led by senior partners, from diagnosis to execution.
Local depth, global vision.
BCO Global was born from the union of two complementary trajectories: eight decades of experience in strategic and financial consulting in Brazil, and more than fifteen years of established presence in the American market. This combination allows us to accompany companies through their most decisive moments with local depth and international vision.
We operate across restructuring, expansion, internationalization, and the implementation of artificial intelligence and Agentic AI, always with senior partners directly involved in every project, from diagnosis to execution.
With offices in São Paulo, Brazil, New York, United States, and a presence in Italy, we are one of the few Brazilian consulting groups with real capacity to operate simultaneously across three continents.
Our work is results-driven: we believe a consultant's role doesn't end with the recommendation, but continues through execution and follow-through until the expected result is actually achieved.
Every project is led by senior partners, with dedicated teams and follow-through until the recommendations are fully executed.
